We look for investment opportunities in select metro and suburban-metro markets with populations of 100,000+, but more importantly, in areas where we see a positive momentum in the market. Established in 2002 by Dipan Patel and Chetan Patel, and assisted by a team of seasoned industry professionals, Buckhead America currently owns and operates a fine portfolio of hotels in highly visible metropolitan areas based primarily in the southeast United States. Currently, we manage hotels that are owned by our principals, with plans for diversifying into third party management contracts.

From its acquisition to renovation and re-opening, each property’s renaissance is meticulously planned with the local market characteristics, demand, and franchise requirements in mind. This carefully thought out plan includes a realistic operating budget, a capital improvement budget and a sales and marketing plan.
At Buckhead America "Community" is at the forefront of our investment and renovation philosophy. A majority of our hotels are in busy metro areas, where they used to be an undesirable blot on the landscape.
